Terms and Conditions

RS Auto Gleam is a mobile valeting and detailing service.

• All pre-patments are non-refundable.
• For any detailing/ceramic coating service, a 20% pre-payment is required at the confirmation stage.
• If bookings have been confirmed and for an unforeseeable reason a booking has to be cancelled/ amended then at least 24-hour notice is required.
• Control traffic, acts of others, or acts of god are out of RS Auto Gleam’s control. If any of this applies to your booking, RS Auto Gleam will rebook you within 14 days of the inconvenience. If not, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
• If your vehicles interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit blood or other, additional charges will apply. All charges will be agreed by both parties upon inspection, prior to work commencing.
• For insurance purposes, we are unable to operate in pay and display car parks, main roads or heavily used roads.
• RS Auto Gleam have full public liability insurance and trade cover to ensure that we are covered in all scenarios. Certification of insurance is available to view on request.
